Sensory analysis
L’attaque puissante et franche. Les notes de zeste de lime et pamplemousse dominent. Le nez se développe sur des notes subtiles de fleur d’oranger et de jus de citron fraichement pressé.
Notes franches de citron. Bel équilibre entre l’amertume, l’acidité et le fruit. Belle persistance aromatique.

Procédé traditionnel de la
confection de liqueurs, la macération est une infusion de matière première dans
un alcool surfin bio.

La Distillerie Lachanenche
utilise ce procédé de fabrication dans le but de révéler la puissance aromatique
que peut offrir une plante, un fruit ou une épice. La sélection rigoureuse de
matières premières bio hautement qualitatives est également primordiale.

La macération s’inscrit dans le
temps et dans le respect des particularités de chaque ingrédient afin de
conserver le maximum de leur intégrité aromatique.

Pour ce faire aucun additif ni
colorant ne sont utilisés.
