Delicate mixture of star anise, liquorice, spices and plants picked in the Alps. The pastis "La Roche Bénite" will surprise you with its finesse and its aromatic complexity.

Serve it elongated with water like a traditional pastis.

Pastis La Roche Bénite organic - 45%vol - 70cl.

No extract, concentrated, preservative or coloring, are added.

Sensory analysis
Subtil, délicat. Notes végétales (coriandre, estragon), épicées (poivre, cardamome), miel.
D'abord sur la réglisse puis sur l'anis qui structurent l'ensemble, il laisse au cours de la dégustation apparaître des notes de fenouil, d'armoise, de génépi, un ensemble plus végétal, légèrement amer. En fin de bouche apparaissent des notes d'épices ; cardamome puis poivre qui perdurent et participent à la persistance aromatique.

La macération s’inscrit dans le
temps et dans le respect des particularités de chaque ingrédient afin de
conserver le maximum de leur intégrité aromatique.

colorant ne sont utilisés.
